In the first half of the meeting, Brave Hua first promoted the company's strategic planning. He mentioned some points that the whole company needs to focus on in the second half of the year: First, deepen the layout of subdivided fields and seize the AI opportunities under the Kondratieff cycle; second, maintain the "football-style competition" model, be customer-oriented, and avoid zero-sum games; third, continue to do things, take action, and ensure daily advancement and steady implementation. Faced with a complex and changing external environment, all business lines of MTSCO have shown strong resilience. In the past six months, we have witnessed the power of persistence. The AI team has made steady progress in technology iteration and successfully delivered multiple benchmark projects by optimizing the learning system. The energy sector has reached in-depth cooperation with multiple international customers by relying on the light asset model. In addition, the business department organized four overseas promotions in the first half of the year and visited multiple foreign customers. In the second half of the meeting, the heads of each subsidiary also reviewed the results of the first half of the year and formulated plans for the second half of the year.
In addition, in the second half of the meeting, the company commended the teams and individuals who performed outstandingly in the first half of the year. The "Working Day and Night" award was given to employees who struggled on the front line of the factory, and the "Star of Tomorrow" award was given to the new employees who had just joined the company and grew the fastest.
